Scott Duff & Co Lexcel Re-Accreditation
Scott Duff & Co has once again secured the national Law Society’s legal practice quality mark, Lexcel.
Lexcel is developed specifically for the legal profession. It is an optional, recognized accreditation scheme for law firms and in house legal departments which gives assurance that a practice meets high client care and business management standards. To gain and retain Lexcel accreditation, practices must undergo a rigorous initial and annual application and assessment process. This includes conducting background checks and an on-site visit from an experienced, trained Lexcel assessor.
Debbie Stalker Office Manager said “I am delighted that the Law Society has again re-accredited the firm. It is a credit to all of those working at Scott Duff & Co that this recognized management standard has been awarded to us again. Being Lexcel accredited demonstrates our commitment to client care and best practice to the benefit of our clients and our staff”.
